Once you start stretching every day, it won’t take long to notice the difference in your body. WEDNESDAY: KNEE ROLLS

Hold for 10 to 15 seconds each side.

Knee rolls are great for both your abdominals and lower back!

 

THURSDAY: HAMSTRING STRETCH

Hold for 10 to 15 seconds each leg.

As you can tell from the name, this stretch is amazing for your hamstrings and the backs of your thighs.

 

FRIDAY: TORSO TWISTS

Hold for 10 to 15 seconds each side.

This stretch can really help ease built-up tension throughout your torso, including both your upper and lower back.
