National Women’s Health Week Wrap Up

This year, May 12th – May 18th marked the 20th annual National Women’s Health Week. This week empowers and encourages women as they takes steps to live their best, healthiest lives. Every women is different, and this means National Women’s Health Week is unique for everyone! From taking time away from screens to eating fresh and healthy meals, there is no right or wrong way to take charge of your health. In fact, what makes National Women’s Health week so special is its celebration of what makes each woman unique. Because from goals to challenges along the way, achieving a healthier lifestyle is a personal journey.

So, this week, we hope you focused on taking steps to improve both your physical and mental health! Focusing on getting enough sleep and taking time to mindfully check in with yourself each day is just as crucial as eating a nutritious diet and getting regular exercise. And best of all, this week offered the perfect window to set up wellness checks and other appointments.
