In just 30 days you can watch as you transform your arms into two toned, strong, lifting machines! Slowly you will progress throughout the challenge, as it gets more and more challenging. Before you know it, you will be well on your way to having the arms you’ve always dreamed of.
Using free weights in your workouts can help boost your progress. During the 30-day Arm Curl Challenge, you’re going to need some dumbbells. You may find it most beneficial to invest in a set of dumbbells that offer several different weights, ranging from 5 to 20 lbs. or more. That way as you progress throughout the challenge, and long afterward, you can use weights that are most comfortable for your fitness level, while still offering a challenge.
It may be also important to keep in mind that just because you feel like you’ve outgrown a certain weight, doesn’t mean you can’t still benefit from it. There are two different kinds of workouts that you can use hand weights for. The first requires a heavier weight and fewer repetitions, while the second is the opposite, requiring a lighter weight with more repetitions. Not to mention you can also use the lighter weights to hold in your hands while doing cardiovascular exercises, which can be super helpful during your ORBERA® weight loss program!
