MONDAY: DIAMOND POSE

Hold for 15 to 30 seconds each arm.
This stretch is great for your upper back, chest, and arms!

TUESDAY: SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST

Hold for 15 to 30 seconds each leg.
This stretch mainly benefits your lower back and leg muscles.
Don’t forget to focus on your breathing!

Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.
The Child’s Pose is great for your entire body, but mostly your upper back!
Take this time to truly relax and unwind.

THURSDAY: HAPPY BABY POSE

Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.
Don’t laugh. Despite the funny look of this pose, it’s extremely beneficial. It brings awareness to your joints and really helps stretch out your hips and back.

Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.
This pose is perfect for clearing blocked energy channels.
